Victor Mora Saul Ramirez, a 20-year-old male, was last seen on January 3, 2012, in Huntington Park, California. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing blue jeans and a black jacket with white horizontal stripes. He is believed to have been traveling in a brown 1993 Chrysler Concorde, which had a California license plate number 3CTX681.
