Le-Thuy "Cathy" Tran, a 45-year-old woman from Harvey, Louisiana, was last seen on January 15, 2012. Tran had just returned from gambling in Biloxi, Mississippi, before going to her apartment complex in the 1500 block of Lorene Drive to pay rent on January 31. She disappeared soon after, and her whereabouts remain unknown. Tran may have left town on or around January 31, 2012, driving a light gray 2009 Toyota Camry with California plates.
