Mark Julian Oldbury Jr., 31, was last seen on February 2, 2012, in Vidor, Texas. His uncle had dropped him off at Mansfield Ferry Road around 4:00 p.m. for what was supposed to be a solo fishing and camping trip. Mark was known to have a history of drug use, including bath salts, which can cause severe delusions and hallucinations.
