James Harig, a 25-year-old from Pottsville, Pennsylvania, was last seen on February 5, 2012, in the Sharp Mountain area. According to friends, they dropped him off near the Hillside SPCA, and Harig reportedly made a comment about it being a "good place to get lost" before walking into the woods. The Sharp Mountain area is known for its rugged terrain, with numerous mine shafts and rock slides, complicating search efforts.
