Colin Gillis, an 18-year-old pre-med student at SUNY Brockport, was last seen in the early hours of March 11, 2012, while walking along State Route 3 near the Franklin and St. Lawrence County lines, heading towards the town of Piercefield, New York. He had attended a party with friends that night in Tupper Lake and left the gathering after an altercation. A passing motorist reported seeing Colin walking along the road around 1:45 a.m., but after that, he vanished without a trace.
