Joan Conetta, a 74-year-old woman from Whiting, New Jersey, was last seen on June 10, 2012. She left her residence on foot, reportedly carrying a .22 caliber Beretta handgun and up to $7,000 in cash. At the time of her disappearance, Joan was in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease, which had led her family to take her car away after a prior incident where she was found wandering by the police.
