In the winter of 2012, a young woman named Chelsea Lee Ricker vanished, leaving behind a life and a story that has since become a troubling cold case. At 23 years old, Chelsea was living in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in an apartment situated above the SKA Coffee Shop on Kensington Avenue.
