Norma Yates, a 62-year-old grandmother from Winslow Township, New Jersey, was last seen on July 29, 2023, around 5:00 p.m. near her home on Vineyard Road in the Atco section of the township. A neighbor noticed that Norma appeared disoriented and called the police for a welfare check. When officers arrived, they found her outside charging her phone.
