Patrick Keoni Tanouye, a 30-year-old man, was last seen on September 27, 2012, in San Francisco, California. His roommates reported that he had not been in contact with anyone since that day. At the time of his disappearance, Tanouye stood 5'9" tall, weighed around 145 pounds, and had black hair and brown eyes. He was driving a black 1999 Dodge Dakota pickup truck, which also disappeared along with him. The truck had a California license plate number 5Y25836.
