Janet Ann Kramer, a 13-year-old girl, was last seen on January 1, 1971, in Willmar, Minnesota. At the time, she was staying in a group home for girls and is believed to have run away. Janet reportedly left the home to visit her family, but she was never seen or heard from again. Investigators have classified her as an endangered runaway, and her case remained largely dormant until 2015 when her sister inquired about her status, prompting an official investigation.
