Willie Darnell Kornegay, a 24-year-old man from Raleigh, North Carolina, went missing on June 1, 1980. At the time of his disappearance, he was visiting relatives at a residence on N. East Street in Raleigh. Willie is described as a Black male, standing between 5'7" and 5'9" and weighing around 150 to 170 pounds. He had black hair, styled in a short afro, and brown eyes. Notably, Willie had a burn scar on his left arm.
