Karen Ann Harmon, a 26-year-old mother of two, disappeared on May 29, 1982, from the area of Highway 26 near the Timber/Vernonia junction in Oregon. At the time, she and her husband, along with their two young children, were residing in an old church in the small community of Timber. On the day she was last seen, she was reportedly wearing a blue pullover, a brown blouse, blue jeans, red socks, and brown boots.
