Christopher James Winkler, 19 years old at the time of his disappearance, was last seen on the evening of February 16, 1987, in Burlington, Wisconsin. He had gone to visit a friend, but when the friend wasn’t home, the friend’s grandfather noted that Christopher appeared upset and believed he was being followed by a black truck. This was the last time anyone saw or heard from him.
