Kelly Diane Sims, 27, went missing on October 16, 1990, from Kelso, Washington. On the day of her disappearance, she was dropped off at the corner of Allen and South Pacific Avenue by a friend. Her plan was to walk just two blocks to the Rendezvous Tavern to play pool before picking up her 14-month-old son from the babysitter and heading home. However, she never arrived at the tavern and was never seen again.
