In the winter of 2017 in Washington, D.C., a violent encounter set in motion a chain of events that would ultimately lead to the death of a young man. On January 6th, inside a residence on the 3100 block of Buena Vista Terrace in Southeast, 25-year-old Carl Gray was shot.
