In the late spring of 1991, a 29-year-old mother of two from Ashtabula, Ohio, named Deborah Arvanites, made a decision that would leave her family searching for answers for decades. On May 19, 1991, she left her home to travel approximately 40 miles to Conneaut Lake Park in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. Her destination was a concert, and she had also expressed her intention to attend a Harley-Davidson motorcycle rally being held in the same area that weekend. Known to her loved ones as Debbie, she was last seen by a family friend at the park. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a jean skirt, a gold-colored shirt, a black jacket, and white sneakers. She has not been seen or heard from since that day. Deborah, a white female with blue eyes and sandy blonde hair, was a divorced mother who maintained an amicable relationship with her ex-husband. Her two sons were left in the care of relatives following her disappearance. She had several distinct physical characteristics, including tattoos of a lightning bolt in clouds on her ankle and a rose on her shoulder blade. She also had a mole between her nose and mouth, another below her breast, and a previously broken toe that had not healed correctly. These details have been crucial in the ongoing efforts to locate her. The investigation into Deborah's disappearance is being handled by the Ashtabula Police Department, who suspect foul play was involved in her case. Despite the passage of time, her case remains an active investigation. Over the years, numerous searches of the area have been conducted, but they have not yielded any significant leads. The circumstances surrounding her vanishing are particularly troubling given the large crowds at both the concert and the motorcycle rally, which was attended by an estimated five to ten thousand bikers. The overview of this case is one of a young mother who vanished after traveling to an event, leaving behind a family still seeking closure. Her parents unfortunately passed away without ever learning what happened to their daughter.
