In the late spring of 1991, a 29-year-old mother of two from Ashtabula, Ohio, named Deborah Arvanites, made a decision that would leave her family searching for answers for decades. On May 19, 1991, she left her home to travel approximately 40 miles to Conneaut Lake Park in Crawford County, Pennsylvania.
