Norman Eugene Alexander, a 30-year-old man, was last seen on November 6, 1991, in Tampa, Florida. He had arrived in the city a day earlier and was planning to head to California on November 7. At approximately 5:00 AM on the day of his disappearance, Alexander left the Cabin Bottle Club, located near the intersection of North Dale Mabry Highway and Waters Avenue.
