Lonnie Michael Rodriguez, a 31-year-old man, disappeared on April 14, 1998, after being released from jail in Tampa, Florida, where he had been serving time for a minor offense. On the day of his release, Rodriguez called his mother from the vicinity of the 1200 block of Orient Road, but after that phone call, he was never heard from again.
