Kito Royal Felton, a 31-year-old man, was last seen on March 8, 2008, in Tampa, Florida. He has not been heard from since. Felton, who had a criminal record involving drug offenses, was living in the 3100 block of East 8th Avenue in Tampa at the time of his disappearance. Authorities wanted to question him about a double homicide that occurred three days after his disappearance at the Camelot Apartments, where a woman and her teenage son were fatally shot.
