Walter Ed Kersey, aged 48, was last seen in Tampa, Florida, on the morning of September 5, 2019—his birthday. He was spotted on Orient Road at 7:47 a.m. that day but has not been heard from since. Strangely, Kersey was not officially reported missing until two years later, in September 2021. His family had last been in contact with him in May 2019, several months before his disappearance, but details of what may have led to his vanishing remain unclear.
