Anna Lee Manning was 23 years old when she was last seen in Junction City, Kentucky, on November 19, 1992. She was a young woman with red or auburn hair, blue eyes, about 5 feet tall and 108 pounds, and she was reportedly wearing blue jeans, a shirt or blouse of unknown color or style, and tennis shoes.
