Anna Lee Manning, a 23-year-old from Junction City, Kentucky, was last seen on November 19, 1992. She was spotted on North Third Street in Danville, Kentucky, in front of Chinn's Jewelry, where she briefly called out to her aunt, mentioning that she had something important to tell her.
