In early July 2017, the life of 58-year-old Robin Roxanne Hughes took a sudden and unsettling turn, leaving her family and friends in a state of prolonged uncertainty. The last confirmed sighting of Robin was in Bowling Green, Kentucky. At the time, her own car was undergoing repairs, so she had borrowed her mother's vehicle.
