Wayne Goldbaum, a 38-year-old man, was last seen on November 1, 1993, in the Paradise and Magalia areas of Butte County, California. At the time of his disappearance, he was living a transient lifestyle. Goldbaum, who was about 5'9", had blonde hair and blue eyes, and bore distinctive scars on his left cheek and neck. He also had tattoos on both arms, although their specific details are unknown.
