At the time of his disappearance, Wayne was described as a biracial male of Asian and White descent, standing at 2'6" and weighing
approximately 30 pounds. He has red hair and hazel eyes. Distinguishing characteristics include a birthmark on his lower back and a head that is slightly larger than normal for his age. It was also noted that he had a speech delay. He may go by his middle name, "Kosaku," or the alias "Issa Mori."
The Los Angeles Police Department is the investigating agency for this case, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children has assigned case number 1178910 to Wayne's disappearance.
