Bianca Lozano, a 1-year-old girl, was last seen on April 5, 1995, in Baytown, Texas. She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Juan Antonio Lozano Jr., during what was supposed to be a weekend visitation. Juan failed to return Bianca to her mother, Deana Hebert, and disappeared with her. Authorities believe that Juan may have fled to Mexico, where he has extended family.
