Bianca Lozano, a 1-year-old girl, was last seen on April 5, 1995, in Baytown, Texas. She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Juan Antonio Lozano Jr., during what was supposed to be a weekend visitation. Juan failed to return Bianca to her mother, Deana Hebert, and disappeared with her. Authorities believe that Juan may have fled to Mexico, where he has extended family.
An arrest warrant was issued for Juan in September 1995 on charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and interfering with child custody.
At the time of her abduction, Bianca was described as having brown hair and eyes, and she had a distinctive oval birthmark on her right shoulder blade. Her father, who is also of Hispanic descent, was 6'2" and 300 pounds. Despite ongoing efforts to locate them, both Bianca and Juan remain missing. Investigators suspect that she may have been taken to Latin America, possibly Mexico, where her father had ties.
