In the winter of 1995, a 31-year-old mother of four named Connie Frances Leonard disappeared from Dayton, Ohio. At the time she went missing, Connie was a Black female with a light complexion, standing around 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 106 pounds. She had short black hair and brown eyes.
