Ricky Lee Goldstein Jr., a 28-year-old man, was last seen on May 5, 1996, in Sacramento, California. He spoke with his mother that day over the phone, which was the last confirmed contact anyone had with him. Goldstein, who stood between 5'8" and 5'9" and weighed approximately 165 pounds, had brown hair, blue eyes, and a distinctive tattoo of a swastika on the side of his head.
