Sebastian Ethan Martinez, a 2-year-old boy, was last seen on April 4, 2011, in Sacramento, California. He, along with his siblings Nathan and Savannah, was abducted by their non-custodial parents, Walter Martinez and Daisy Arce. Authorities believe the family may have fled to Mexico. Felony warrants for custodial interference were issued for both parents later in August 2011.
Sebastian is described as having brown hair and brown eyes, with blue marks on his left ear and neck.
Age-progression images have been created to assist in identifying him as he ages. Despite efforts, the case remains unsolved, and investigators continue to seek information regarding their whereabouts.Last Seen: Apr 4, 2011
