Sebastian Ethan Martinez, a 2-year-old boy, was last seen on April 4, 2011, in Sacramento, California. He, along with his siblings Nathan and Savannah, was abducted by their non-custodial parents, Walter Martinez and Daisy Arce. Authorities believe the family may have fled to Mexico. Felony warrants for custodial interference were issued for both parents later in August 2011.
