Thomas John McGinn, a 36-year-old machinist from Bolingbrook, Illinois, was last seen on August 16, 1996. He was working in Burr Ridge, Illinois at the time of his disappearance. McGinn left no clues about his whereabouts after that day, and his vehicle, a 1990 Chevrolet, was later found abandoned near Bull Frog Lake, close to 95th Street and Archer Avenue.
