Janice Chai-Hsi Lo, a 39-year-old woman from San Gabriel, California, was last seen on November 12, 1996. That evening, she left her office at World Marketing Alliance and had dinner with a friend at the Rivera Restaurant in San Gabriel. She was last seen driving away from the restaurant.
