On a day in the late winter of 1999, a 46-year-old woman named Betty Sissac from Chicago, Illinois, went missing and has not been seen or heard from since. On March 27, 1999, Betty was reportedly with her friend's boyfriend. Another account states she was with her own boyfriend, Donald Williams, at the time she vanished.
