Betty Jean Sissac, a 46-year-old woman from Chicago, Illinois, was last seen on March 27, 1999. On the day of her disappearance, she dropped her child off at a friend's residence but never returned to pick them up. Betty was reportedly in the company of her boyfriend, Donald Williams, when she vanished. She was wearing a black leather jacket, black pants, and white Eagle sneakers at the time.
