Riccardo "Rickey" Bowers, 44, was last seen on May 15, 2001, in Des Moines, Iowa. He was reported missing after he was seen jumping into the Des Moines River near Locust Street. At the time of his disappearance, Bowers was described as a 6-foot tall Black male weighing approximately 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a white YMCA shirt and jeans when he vanished.
