Andrew McElwaine, a 25-year-old from El Paso, Texas, has been missing since December 1, 2002. His case is classified as endangered due to his medical condition, which left him disabled and walking with a limp. McElwaine also had distinguishing tattoos, including a gecko on his shoulder and a tribal band on his upper left arm.
