Phuong Hieu Tran, age 25 of Vietnamese descent, stood about 5'5" tall and weighed approximately 160 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes. On the night of **January 10, 2003**, between **1:00 and 2:00 a.m.**, Tran was last seen in **Dutch Harbor** after dropping off two fishermen at the spit dock.
