Joan Taylor Missing Person Case

Joan Penderell Taylor, a 63-year-old woman, was last seen on November 25, 2003, near her home in the Jacoby Creek area of Arcata, California. Taylor, who was suffering from dementia, depression, and a compulsive disorder, left her home for a walk in the early afternoon. She was last spotted by a resident walking along Jacoby Creek Road near Quarry Road. Despite a search effort initiated shortly after she was reported missing by her boyfriend, no trace of Taylor has been found.
