Victoria Anne Cotton, a 50-year-old woman from Goleta, California, was last seen on July 15, 2006. She left her home that morning on foot, possibly heading to the Farmer's Market or the French Festival in Santa Barbara. There were reports that she stopped at a 7-Eleven in downtown Goleta, but her exact last known location remains uncertain.
