Karla Kassandra Pineda-Hernandez, a 10-year-old girl from Pacoima, California, was last seen on September 14, 2006. She was reported missing alongside her three younger siblings, ages 2, 3, and 7. Authorities believe that Karla and her siblings were abducted by their non-custodial mother, and it is suspected they may have been taken to Mexico. At the time of her disappearance, Karla was described as being about 4 feet tall, weighing around 75 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Her case is considered a family abduction, and there have been few updates over the years. Efforts to locate Karla and her siblings have included applications under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, an international treaty designed to protect children from abduction across borders. Despite these efforts, no conclusive information about the children's whereabouts has surfaced. Authorities continue to seek any leads that could help locate Karla and her siblings.
