Dana Pineda, age 7, disappeared from Pacoima, California, on September 14, 2006, along with her siblings, Karla (10), Manuel (3), and Briza (2). The children are believed to have been abducted by their non-custodial mother, Lizbeth Hernandez, and her husband, Victor Pena. It is suspected that they were taken to Mexico. Authorities were unable to locate them, and an international search was initiated under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
