Authorities suspect that Angelica may have taken Marlene to various locations, including San Diego or Santa Barbara, California, or possibly to Baja California or Guadalajara, Mexico. They were last known to be traveling in a maroon 1999 or 2000 Nissan Sentra with tinted windows.
Marlene is described as a Hispanic female with black hair and brown eyes, and she has a noticeable scar on her right wrist. Her mother, Angelica, was 29 years old at the time and may have been using hazel-colored contact lenses. Angelica could be using an alias, such as Angie Orozco.
