Maria Isabel Pacheco Buendia, a 2-year-old girl, was last seen on December 18, 1995, in Calexico, California. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Evertina Pacheco. At the time of the abduction, Pacheco was 42 years old, but little other information about her or her whereabouts has surfaced since the disappearance. Both Maria and her mother have not been heard from since that day.
