Mindy Ochoa, a 7-year-old girl, went missing from Grover Beach, California, on July 12, 2010. She was last seen with her two older sisters, Briana and Tania, and it is believed they were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Mireya Graciano. Graciano, 30 at the time, is suspected of fleeing with her daughters after a felony warrant was issued for her arrest on July 14, 2010. Authorities suspected that the trio might have crossed the border to Tijuana, Mexico, making the search more difficult. ...
