On July 12, 2010, 9-year-old Briana Ochoa and her two sisters, Mindy and Tania, were reported missing from Grover Beach, California. Authorities believe they were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Mireya Graciano. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Graciano shortly after, on July 14, 2010. It is suspected that the family may have traveled to Tijuana, Mexico, and their whereabouts remain unknown.
At the time of the abduction, Briana was described as a Hispanic female, 4'7" tall, and weighing 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Graciano, the girls' mother, was 30 years old at the time and had a tattoo of "M&M" on her chest. She also had brown highlights in her hair and may be using the last name "Bustos."
The case remains unsolved, and despite efforts from law enforcement, there have been no confirmed sightings of Briana or her sisters since their disappearance. The Grover Beach Police Department continues to investigate the case, and anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.
