Nestor Javier Vega Osuna, a 38-year-old man, was last seen on January 13, 2011, in Arroyo Grande, California. He was reportedly en route to Mazatlán, Mexico, driving a white 1999 Ford F-150 pickup truck. He has not been heard from since that day, and neither he nor his vehicle has been located.
