In the early morning hours of November 1, 2018, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, a devastating series of events unfolded within a family's home. Kloee Toliver, a 16-year-old female and a junior at Beggs High School, was shot in the head while she was sleeping. Her older brother, 18-year-old Kayson Toliver, was also shot and killed in his bed.
