Latrice "Shay" Armstead, a 38-year-old mother of three, went missing on July 28, 2012, from Memphis, Tennessee. At the time, she was in the process of moving to St. Louis to escape an abusive relationship with her estranged husband, Tony Bledsoe, and had recently filed for divorce. Her jaw was wired shut due to a violent attack by Bledsoe, who had broken it in the months prior.
