Latrice "Shay" Armstead, a 38-year-old mother of three, went missing on July 28, 2012, from Memphis, Tennessee. At the time, she was in the process of moving to St. Louis to escape an abusive relationship with her estranged husband, Tony Bledsoe, and had recently filed for divorce.
