Misty Lowder, a 35-year-old woman, was last seen on May 22, 2013, in Pilot Point, Texas, at around 11:00 p.m. She had taken on a cleaning job arranged by a man she knew, Cecil Henry "C.J." Stubblefield, and was supposed to return the next day to complete the work. However, she never came back, and her last phone activity was recorded earlier that evening at 8:25 p.m. Lowder, who frequently used her phone, had no further activity after this time, which raised concerns.
