Thelma Jean Cobb, a 29-year-old woman from Fort Branch, Indiana, disappeared on January 1, 1946. She was last seen after visiting her father and stepmother, taking a bus to see them between Vincennes and Fort Branch. Thelma was supposed to return home after the visit but vanished during the trip.

At the time of her disappearance, Thelma worked as a housekeeper for a man with four children. Following the man’s death, Thelma had been named an executor of his estate, leading some family ...Read More
