Edward Howard Missing Person Case

In the spring of 1976, a sense of quiet unease settled over the community of Milford Center, Ohio, with the disappearance of 40-year-old Edward S. Howard. His last confirmed sighting was on or around May 20th of that year. Concern grew when, a few days later, on May 25th, a citizen reported an abandoned vehicle to the Union County Sheriff's Office.
