Charles E. Koch, a 19-year-old from Ravenna, Ohio, disappeared on July 14, 1983, while completing his daily paper route in a local trailer park. That afternoon, two children reported seeing Charles talking to an unidentified man in a blue compact car. This interaction was the last known sighting of Charles, and he has not been seen or heard from since.
