Vincent Edward Sclafani Jr., age 19, was last seen on December 6, 1978, off the coast of Long Beach, California. He was reportedly on the USS David Ray, a naval ship docked near Long Beach Harbor, when he disappeared. Despite extensive searches and investigations, no further information regarding his whereabouts has surfaced.
